		<description>Anyone want to file an amicus? The California State Supreme Court hasgiven itself an extention on the Petition for Review. The Court meets again on February 13 and the deadline for their reply to petition is February 19.
Jump in, the water is warm but the freedom of speach has been flash frozen.
Defend Direct Democracy, because if the 4th District ruling stands you can kiss the local citizen intiative goodbye.
